St. James Church(Crkva sv. Jakova): This is the main church in Medjugorje, where pilgrims gather for Mass and prayers. It is also the location where many of the apparitions were reported to have occurred.

Apparition Hill(Podbrdo): This is the hill where the six visionaries reported first encountering the Virgin Mary. Pilgrims often hike up the hill to pray, reflect, and experience the spiritual significance of the site.

Cross Mountain(Križevac): A significant pilgrimage site with a large, white cross at the summit, which was erected in 1933. Pilgrims hike up the mountain as an act of devotion, especially during the annual Good Friday procession.
